Our fall activities centered around our county young people. Board members were at local College fairs to support the Purdue representatives and to inform parents of our club scholarship opportunities; were at local Purdue sponsored Spelling bees to present awards to area participants; and this month were volunteering at an American Red Cross blood drive.
Club spirit grew as we had two victories at Purdue men’s basketball games viewing parties in late November and early February and a fun-filled evening at our 2nd annual Euchre party in early January. We hope you’ll come out and join us for upcoming activities. Our Annual meeting is scheduled for April 11 with Golden Girl / Miss Indiana MerrieBeth Cox as our speaker. Mark you calendar for June 14 when our group will attend a Silver Hawks game.
