Join us as we ring in the holiday season this Sunday in Cedar Lake.
To start, for the second year in a row, the PCNWI is sponsoring a Christmas tree for the Cedar Lake Festival of Lights. We will gather to decorate it in the old black and gold starting at 2:00 PM. We’d love for you to come out and help. We’ll meet in the True Value parking lot on the corner of 133rd. Avenue and Morse Street (7120 W. 133rd. Avenue).
After decorating the tree (around 2:45 or so), we will move down the road to The Lighthouse Restaurant where we will be collecting to toys for our annual toy drive, benefiting children at the St. Jude House. Please bring a new or gently used toy to bring a smile to a child’s face this Christmas.
As part of the event, we’ll have a gathering of Purdue alumni and friends with appetizers provided by the club. There is no cost to attend. This is a great event to bring your friends and family to and enjoy the ambiance of The Lighthouse which is always beautifully decorated for the holidays!
