Boilermaker Station Intern

Job Summary

The Purdue Alumni Association is seeking qualified applicants for our Boilermaker Station Intern position. This position will be primarily responsible for greeting alumni and visitors to Boilermaker Station, Purdue Alumni Association’s satellite office. This position will be responsible for answering questions, selling memberships (both Purdue Alumni and Purdue Alumni Student Experience). Work will involve excellent customer service, knowledge of Purdue, direct sales to alumni and students, updating technology in the space, and other duties as assigned.

This is a part-time position (20-30 hours/week). Students must be available to begin work no later than May 13. Weekly schedules are flexible. We will accommodate a summer class schedule but will include some nights and weekends as needed. Typical hours will fall between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Training will be provided and $7.25/hour. Those who apply must be eligible to work in the United States.

May 6–August 9 with the opportunity for extension based on employer needs
