PURDUE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

Elections

The Purdue Alumni Association Board of Directors manages the election of three alumni trustees for the Purdue University Board of Trustees. The Purdue Alumni board consists of up to 19 individuals from various geographic districts and constituencies that encompass the Purdue for Life Foundation’s worldwide reach.

Elections for alumni trustees and Purdue Alumni board members take place each year in the spring. The board accepts nominations in the fall. Candidates must be members of the Purdue Alumni Association.

Purdue Alumni Association members are eligible to vote for a director from the district in which they reside. All members are eligible to vote for an alumni trustee.

Elections will open Monday, April 1, 2024, at 8 a.m. and close Friday, April 5, 2024, at 5 p.m. This fulfills the requirements outlined in our bylaws. To be eligible to serve as a director, an individual must be a member of the Purdue Alumni Association and a resident of the geographic district nominating him or her. Purdue University, Purdue Research Foundation, and Purdue for Life Foundation employees are not eligible to be a director.

The results of the 2024 election will be announced at the PAA annual meeting on Friday, April 12, 2024.
